Description
Capture your furry friend in a unique, custom watercolor painting, hand painted with love in Barcelona
Each painting is handmade to order by me personally.
Size
18 x 26 cm (approximately 7 x 10 inches)
This size strikes the perfect balance, not too big, not too small, fits beautifully on a gallery wall, desk, shelf, or entryway.
Extras
The base price includes one pet with your choice of a white, solid color, or soft gradient background.
The medium painting can accommodate up to one additional pet, item, or alternative background (like a favorite toy, food, furniture, landscape etc) for a supplement.
Add this by selecting "1" under "Extras" when choosing your painting options.
Frames
Framing is a completely optional service.
I work with FIOL, local Barcelona professional framers.
They custom make each frame to order to fit your painting beautifully using top quality materials. They include a 5 year warranty on the frames.
The custom framing service will add 2 weeks to the delivery timeframe.
Regular VS. Museum Glass
Regular glass will protect your portrait from dirt and humidity, but it does not have anti-reflection or anti-UV properties. It is more economically priced.
Museum glass most importantly has anti-UV properties which is especially important if you plan to display your painting in a bright or sunny area. This glass also has anti-reflection properties, like seeing through a polarized lens, which in effect makes it invisible. You will be able to see your portrait from any angle without reflections.
How it Works
Once you place your order, I’ll ask you to send 3-5 high quality reference photos of your pet. We will work together to choose the best one – the clearer and more detailed the photo, the better the final result.

If you have limited photos and you are not able to take any new ones (for example a pet who has sadly passed, or who lives far away), I will do my best to work with the photos available. In a lot of cases you can still get a lovely portrait. Though unfortunately in some cases, the photos may be completely unworkable. In this case I reserve the right to decline the portrait and refund your order as it would not come out to a professional standard.

Timing
I usually have a couple of months waitlist for custom paintings. You will always see the current timing on the checkout page before you place your order.
If you have an urgent deadline like a celebration, reach out and ask me about it because I might be able to squeeze it in. No promises though!
Ready made products like non-custom cards and prints will ship immediately.
Keep in mind that if you order a frame, it will take up to an additional two weeks to ship.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Materials
I use premium professional-grade art materials for lasting quality and beautiful detail.
- Arches 300gsm 100% cotton, acid-free, cold press watercolor paper
- Winsor & Newton professional-grade watercolor paints
Care
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your painting, treat it with care.
These paintings are made with watercolor pigments and therefore will run if they come in contact with water. Keep away from humidity.
For longevity and to prevent fading, avoid displaying in direct or bright sunlight. Proper framing and anti-UV glass will help preserve it.
